Product Warranty Period - INCENSE LIGHT
There is no "product warranty period" for the lighting parts of INCENSE LIGHT.
As the designers wanted the product to be a part of your life for a long time, we will do our best to accommodate your requests for repairs and maintenance. For parts other than the lighting unit, we will generally replace them.
For defects that have been present in the product since it was manufactured, we will repair the product free of charge, regardless of how long you have used the product.
On the other hand, repair costs will be incurred in cases of obvious damage or destruction caused by customer negligence, or in cases of maintenance for deterioration over time.
Although we check the operation of all products before shipping, there are rare cases where we find a malfunction or the design itself is not perfect, which may cause inconvenience to customers. Also, during use, the product may be subjected to a strong shock or scratched by chance. If you use the product for a long time, some parts of the product may reach the end of their life. Even in such cases, please do not give up and feel free to contact support via the Contact page . We will isolate the problem and provide you with a prompt response.
