About the warranty

Incense Light aims to be a product that accompanies your daily life for a long time. Therefore, we offer repair and maintenance services, primarily for the lighting unit, as far as possible.

If a manufacturing defect is confirmed, we will provide free service regardless of the period of use.

Repairs due to damage from dropping, impact, incorrect usage, or maintenance due to age-related deterioration will be charged.

Glass plates are delicate parts, so cracks or chips due to dropping or impact are not covered by the warranty. In case of damage, replacement glass plates can be purchased for a fee.

For other parts such as the lighting unit, base, and brass rod, we will assess the condition and inform you whether repair or replacement is possible.

If you wish to request a repair or replacement, please contact us via the inquiry form, attaching photos that show the symptoms or damage. After reviewing the content, we will inform you whether we can accommodate your request and provide an estimated cost.
