About INCENSE LIGHT
What is Incense Light?
The Incense Light is a cordless LED light designed based on patents and design rights that not only emits the scent of incense, but also beautifully captures the changing smoke.
Where is it produced?
Everything from design to production and packaging is done in Japan.
What kind of incense should I use?
Please use commercially available stick-type incense (length 8cm or less). After lighting it, insert it firmly into the brass holder.
*Cone-shaped and coil-shaped incense are not supported.
Does the device get hot while in use?
The built-in LED is designed to reduce heat, however, due to the burning of incense, the glass screen and surrounding area may become warm.
Are there any accessories included?
What's in the box:

*For environmental reasons, a USB-C cable is not included. You can use a commercially available USB-C cable (Type-C).
*Incense is sold separately, but we also offer a discounted set called the Yukage Bundle.
Is it rechargeable?
Yes, you can charge it via USB-C.
The light will flash slowly while charging and will turn off when charging is complete.
How much does it cost to fully charge it once?
The electricity cost for a single full charge is less than 0.1 yen.
How long can it be used on a full charge?
The approximate time you can use each mode is as follows:
Low light: Approx. 150 hours High light: Approx. 40 hours Flickering light: Approx. 70 hours
Is there an automatic shut-off function?
Yes. The light will automatically turn off 8 hours after the last switch operation.
Is the device waterproof?
No. It is not waterproof, so do not place anything wet on it. Also, do not store it in wet/humid places or outdoors.
After receiving the product, the light doesn't turn on even when I operate the switch. What should I do?
Before use, please remove the transparent sheet from the back of the device and check that there is still charge left.

[About the lighting malfunction]
- Please describe the problem in as much detail as possible:

Is it difficult to assemble?
No. It is easy to assemble and requires no tools.

Will incense smoke stain my screen?
After long-term use, traces of vegetable oils and smoke may remain on the screen. These can be easily removed by spraying with alcohol and gently wiping with a soft cloth.
Can it be used as a gift?
Yes. Incense Light is a one-of-a-kind experience that is perfect for your home or as a gift for someone special.
Gift wrapping will be available as an option in the future.
Is it not released yet?
Yes. We are currently making final preparations for the initial release on Makuake.
Sales are currently scheduled to begin in July 2025, and advance reservations and information will be announced on the official Instagram account ( @yukage.jp ). We apologize for the wait, but we hope you will look forward to it.
The incense Genshou is scheduled to be released in mid-April to May. This will also be announced on the official Instagram ( @yukage.jp ).
About Incense
Can I use an incense holder I have on hand?
Yes. The Genshou is 8m long and 2mm thick, so it can be used in a standard incense holder without any problems.
How long does the scent of incense linger?
Genshou has a burning time of about 25 minutes, after which it leaves a gentle lingering fragrance. The lingering fragrance will vary depending on individual differences in olfaction, the size of the room, ventilation, etc.
Are your fire alarms not responding?
It is unlikely that a single cigarette will cause a reaction, but just to be on the safe side, please refrain from using it near a fire alarm. Also, if a large amount of smoke accumulates in the room, please ventilate the room appropriately.
How should I store my incense?
To prevent the fragrance from fading and mold, store the product in a place away from direct sunlight and in a hot, humid environment.
Does incense have an expiration date?
No. Generally, there is no expiration date.
However, please store it away from extreme humidity and direct sunlight. The scent and color may change due to the influence of temperature, humidity, and sunlight. The scent when you open the box will decrease over time.
I can't imagine what incense smells like, what does it smell like?
In order to avoid bias that may occur when describing a fragrance in words, we have adopted a format that lists only the core ingredients of the fragrance, like a prescription. We hope that each person will be able to enjoy it freely, based on information such as their past experiences and the emotions they felt at the time.
The common concept is defined as a scent that makes you want to breathe deeply.
Domestic Shipping
How much does shipping cost?
All shipping within Japan is free.
How many days will it take to ship?
Your order will be shipped from the next business day after the order is confirmed.
Can I track my order?
Yes, it is possible.
Once shipped, you will receive a notification email including a tracking number.
When I tried to track it, it said "Reference number not found". What should I do?
It may take some time for the latest information to be reflected on the tracking service, such as on the day of shipment. Please try tracking again after a while.
If you receive the same message 48 hours after receiving the shipping completion email, please contact us using the inquiry form .
What should I do if I can't find the shipping confirmation email?
If you cannot find the shipping completion notification email, the following may be the cause.
・The email has been sorted into spam folder. ・If you are using a mobile carrier's email address
If you cannot find the email in your spam box, please contact us using the inquiry form below.

How long will it take to arrive from the shipping date?
Delivery is expected to take place between one day after the shipment date and the day after that. However, if the delivery address is in a remote island or some other area, it may take a few more days.
Can I specify rush delivery?
No, we do not currently support rush shipping.
Can I specify a delivery date for my ordered items?
No, we currently do not support specifying delivery dates or times.
How will the product be delivered?
Since the parcel will be delivered to the recipient's mailbox, there is no need to collect it in person. If the parcel does not fit in the mailbox, a non-delivery notice will be left and the parcel will be returned to the post office.
I received a non-delivery notice, what should I do?
Please request redelivery within the delivery holding period.
If Japan Post posts a notice of non-delivery, the parcel will be held for 7 days starting from the day after the initial delivery date.
You can extend the storage period by up to three days by requesting this at the delivery office.
Can I leave the package at the door?
Yes, it is possible.
Customers are required to submit a "Request for Delivery to a Designated Location" in advance. If there is a delivery box or a locked container in front of the entrance, it is assumed that a "Request for Delivery to a Designated Location" has been submitted, and the parcel will be left at the address if the recipient is not at home.
Also, please note that if you make the above notification, if you are not at home when the applicable type of delivery is made, the delivery will be left at your home.
Will anything indicating the order amount be included?
No. Please rest assured that the delivered product will not include any invoice or receipt indicating the price.

Q1.How many days will it take for delivery?
It will take about 5 to 21 days from the date of shipment.
Since delivery times vary depending on the destination country, we ask that you use the tracking service listed in the shipping confirmation email.
Is there a tracking service?
Yes, you can use the tracking service to check the status of your package from the time it is sent until it is delivered.
In what condition will the product be shipped?
The product will be carefully packed and delivered, protected with cushioning materials such as air caps (also known as bubble wrap).
Will the item be delivered by air or sea?
It will be shipped by air.
Which company will ship from Japan?
It will be sent by Japan Post.
How is it delivered?
It will be delivered to the mailbox of the recipient.
This means you can receive your package even if you are not at home.
Should I be worried about customs duties?
At Yukage, we strive to design our products so that our customers will not have to worry about customs duties.
Depending on the destination country, customs duties and import taxes (such as VAT) may be imposed.
At Yukage, we calculate the estimated local taxes and duties when you place an order, and display the calculated product price on the payment screen. Therefore, basically, there are no additional costs when you receive the product. Generally, there are no problems in countries such as the EU countries, the United States, Australia, Canada, South Korea, and Taiwan.
On the other hand, in some of the countries we support (Brazil), it is difficult to calculate customs duties in advance, so there is a possibility that additional charges may be incurred at the discretion of the customs office. In that case, we apologize for the inconvenience, but we would appreciate your understanding that you will have to deal with the matter yourself.
Payment
What payment methods are available?
Currently we support the following payment methods:

*Convenience store payments will incur a fee of 220 yen and can be made at any of the following convenience stores.
・Seven-Eleven・Lawson・Family Mart・Ministop・Daily Yamazaki
*If you pay at a convenience store, your order will be considered "confirmed" once payment has been confirmed by Yukage. Items will be shipped sequentially from the business day following the "confirmed order."
Are there any conditions for purchase?
Yes. Currently, you need to create a Yukage account when purchasing.
Once you create a Yukage account, your purchasing experience will be much easier from the second time onwards. Also, this is designed to ensure that we can provide you with delivery status information and support, so we appreciate your understanding.
Are there any good value bundles available?
Yes. At the moment, we have the DOUBLE Bundle, which gives you a discount on the second incense when you purchase two incense sticks, and the Yukage Bundle, which gives you a discount when you purchase both the incense light and the incense stick at the same time.
We plan to implement various bundles in the future.
Can I change the payment method after my order has been confirmed?
No. We cannot change the payment method after an order has been confirmed. Thank you for your understanding.
