Returns and Exchanges

If the product you received is defective

We do not accept returns, exchanges or refunds for the Product (including any accessories provided by our store to accompany the Product, hereinafter the same in this section) due to the convenience of the user after the conclusion of the sales contract. Furthermore, notwithstanding the provisions of the preceding section, our store will only accept returns, exchanges or refunds if the Product is damaged or sent in error. However, in addition to being damaged or sent in error, all of the following conditions must be met: (1) The Product in question is unused. (2) The packaging and accessories for the Product are returned to the condition they were in when delivered. (3) Contact is made to the contact and shipping address for exchanges and returns specified by our company within seven days of the completion of shipment of the Product in question.

*Please open the product immediately after it arrives and check that it is not dirty or damaged.

If you cannot exchange, return or cancel your order

Please note that we will not be able to accept applications in the following cases:

  • Cancellation or change of product after order confirmation
  • Exchanges and returns at customer convenience
  • The product you used
  • Products that have been soiled or damaged by the customer
  • Products that have been delivered more than 7 days ago
  • If you do not contact us in advance
