[Safety Precautions]

Ignoring these warnings may result in death or serious injury. ・Please make sure to read and understand the correct usage instructions before using the product.

- Always use a non-flammable incense burner or incense holder.

・Please be careful when handling fire and do not leave this product unattended while it is lit.

- Even after the fire is out, there may still be fire remaining in the ashes, so make sure the fire is completely out before disposing of the ashes.

・Keep out of reach of infants and children, and be careful not to accidentally put it in your mouth.

- Do not use for any purpose other than intended.

- Do not use near flammable materials, in wet areas, unstable areas, or in locations where it may fall easily.

- Using this product near a heat source such as a stove or heater may cause a fire.

- Friction may cause scratches on the product surface.

- If you use a large amount in a small space, be sure to ventilate the area.

-Storing in a humid environment may cause deformation or mold.

・The temperature of the burning part reaches approximately 600 degrees. Please be careful not to get burned.

[How to use]

1. Place a heat-resistant incense burner or incense light on a stable, flat surface. For instructions on how to use the incense light, please refer to the instruction manual - INCENSE LIGHT.
2. If using an incense burner, place the incense vertically.
3. Light the tip with a lighter or match.
4. Once the flame is stable after lighting, blow on it to put it out and check that smoke rises.
   
5. Enjoy the subtle fragrance that wafts from the incense.

[Maintenance and disposal methods]

- After use, clean the incense holder to prevent ash from accumulating.

- Make sure the ashes have completely cooled before disposing of them safely.

- Please follow the instructions of your local government regarding how to dispose of the device and its packaging materials.

- Regarding materials: Since natural materials are used, there may be slight differences in color and texture.

-Storage method: Store in a dry place away from direct sunlight.

Similarly, 1% of GENSO incense sales will also be donated to Kids' Door, a certified NPO.

Additionally, our shipping packaging utilizes a system where a portion of the proceeds is donated to the Nature Conservation Society of Japan, a public interest incorporated foundation, to contribute to activities that protect Japan's natural environment.

What Yukage values is the time at the end of each day to bring one's mind back to its original state. As a brand that delivers this time, we want to choose a form that quietly takes responsibility not only for daily life but also for the future of society and the environment.

We will report on the status of our donations with as much transparency as possible.

Domestic shipping within Japan is free.

Orders are typically shipped sequentially starting the next business day after the order confirmation date.
Once your order has shipped, we will send you an email notification with the tracking number.

Delivery is estimated to be 1 to 2 days after the shipping date.
Some areas, including remote islands, may require a few additional days for delivery.

Incense Light products are carefully packaged and shipped via Japan Post's trackable delivery service.

Due to the nature of the delivery method, you can easily receive your package even if you are not home. If damage to the product is confirmed upon arrival, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with photos showing the condition of both the outer box and the product.

If the product arrives damaged, is defective upon arrival, or is not the item you ordered, please contact us via the Inquiry Page within 7 days of receiving the product. After reviewing the details, we will arrange for an exchange, repair, or refund.

To expedite the review process, we may ask you to provide photos of the outer box, packaging condition, and product condition.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds due to customer convenience. Furthermore, we cannot accommodate requests for used products, products damaged by the customer, or products returned without prior notification.
